Yanna started her career with a national firm in Canberra in the projects and real estate team where she worked on a range of property matters for both private and government clients nationally for over 5 years. She later transitioned into the Foreign Investment and Trade team where she worked on a broad range of M&A and real estate deals, including complex FIRB applications for a range of clients including PE Funds, ASX listed companies, and large private property investors.

Yanna joined the Terracon Legal team in June 2020 advising clients on a wide range of general commercial and property law matters, including acquisition and disposal transactions, due diligence and complex commercial leasing for both tenants and landlords.

As of January 2024, Yanna transitioned into a management role as our Chief Operating Officer where she manages and handles the daily business operation of the firm, provides strategic advice and more broadly supports our employees and clients.
